Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，Nanchang has been guided by the strategy of innovation-driven development and adhered to the road of new industrialization development，it takes the industrial park as the main battlefield. “Strengthening and deciding the industry” is unshakable，and innovation has driven great achievements in industrial transformation and upgrading，but the existence of technological innovation drives the transformation and upgrading of the industry is weak，the transformation of traditional manufacturing to green manufacturing is lagging behind，the promotion of strategic emerging industries to industrial transformation and upgrading is insufficient，the degree of integration between industries is not high.
