党的十八大以来，党中央围绕全面从严治党作出了一系列部署，顺义区对标对表党中央、市委关于深入推进党的建设伟大工程的有关要求，从自身查摆出来的一系列问题入手，提出了构建“大党建”工作格局的总思路。本报告着重分析顺义区在加强党建工作组织领导、建立健全党建工作制度体系、考准考实党建工作实绩三个方面的实践做法，并结合全区经济社会发展实际，深入总结“大党建”工作取得的实际成效。通过对全区推进全面从严治党、着力构建“大党建”工作格局的创新举措、探索实践的研究，为深入探索新时代新形势下基层党建工作特点规律，进一步提供了更多可借鉴、可推广的基层典型经验。
<<Since the 18th Party Congress，the CPC Central Committee has taken a series of measures on comprehensive and strict Party governance.In response to the criteria and schedules formulated by the Central Committee and the Municipal Committee，Shunyi District has developed a holistic approach to Party building based on the problems identified.Local practices were examined to find out how the district strengthens organization and leadership in Party building，establishes Party building systems，and assesses performances.Outcomes of this holistic approach were analyzed in relation to the district's economic and social development.The study provides typical examples of Party building that can be replicated elsewhere in the New Era.
