This report consists of four parts，respectively the practice and management of Corporate Social Responsibility under the green development concept；the content analysis of social responsibility report；analyzed the social responsibility management existence problem and forecast the development tendency.The first part mainly cover the practice and administrate status of corporate social responsibility；the second part makes the detailed introduction to the social responsibility report and evaluate the content of the report；the third part compare and discuss the characteristics of corporate social responsibility and the existing problems；This paper focuses on the analysis of the improvement of enterprises' ability to fulfill their responsibilities under the concept of green development and the new trend of responsibility governance and responsibility development，and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
