通过文献梳理可知，保障社会公平和促进社会参与对于老年友好型社会建设具有重要意义。我们选取了第三产业人口占比、每万人拥有律师数等11个指标对38个城市的社会公平与社会参与指数综合得分和单一指标得分进行排名，并分别对综合得分排名靠前的五个城市和综合得分排名靠后的五个城市做了比较分析，归纳了2017年一些城市社会公平与社会参与发展特征及其背后的影响因素。通过对2015～2017年各城市社会公平与社会参与指数变化情况的分析，本文指出了我国主要城市社会公平与社会参与状况的变化趋势特征。最后，从更好构建老龄友好型社会的角度，提出了进一步促进社会公平和扩大社会参与的相关对策建议。
<<It can be seen from the literature that ensuring social equity and promoting social participation are of great significance for the construction of an old-age-friendly society.We selected 11 indicators including the proportion of the tertiary industry and the number of lawyers per 10，000 people to rank the social equity and social participation index scores and the single indicator scores of 38 cities.The report analyzes the five cities with the top scores and the five cities with the comprehensive scores，and summarizes the characteristics of social equity and social participation in major cities in 2017 and the influencing factors behind them.Secondly，through the analysis of the changes in social equity and social participation index of cities in 2015-2017，the characteristics of social equity and social participation in major cities in China are pointed out.Finally，we proposes relevant countermeasures to further promote social equity and expand social participation from the perspective of better building an age-friendly society.
