While college women students established their intimate relationship based on the emotional ties， college men students developed a broader social network and resources. In the participation of school organizations and student associations， the performance of college women students do not lag behind men students. In the participation of social activities there are different gender characteristics， women students are more willing to participate in social welfare activities， men tend to join the professional， industry organizations. The proportion of women participating in the Communist Party of China is higher than that of men， but in the actual political participation， the ability and willingness of women to participate and discuss politics is lower than that of men. In the future we should further guide and enhance the college women's social participation will， ability and opportunity.
