近年来,我国女大学生的总体规模,以及高学历层次人才的人数与比例,都出现了历史性的增长,其发展水平也逐渐成为各界关注的焦点。本研究基于学生发展理论,通过分析北京大学教育学院2003~2013年所开展的六次全国高校毕业生问卷调查的大样本数据,对近十年来女大学生(主要是毕业生)的发展情况,包括总量和结构特征、家庭环境、学业发展、工作与实习经历、就业价值观以及高等教育评价等方面进行了全面讨论,并提出了关注学生参与和性别发展差异等相关建议。
<<In recent years, the overall scale of Chinese female university students and the number and the proportion of highly educated talents have witnessed a historic growth. The level of their development has gradually become the focus of attention. This study is based on student development theory, through the large sample data analysis of questionnaire of Graduate School of Education at Peking University in 2003-2013, carried out the six national university graduates, in the past ten years. The main research contents include female university students (mainly graduates)development, such as, the total amount and structure characteristics, family environment, academic development, work and internship experience, employment values and higher education evaluation and other aspects, and put forward the relevant suggestions on student participation and gender differences etc..
