本研究通过对2012～2014届女大学生就业状况的调查资料分析，发现女大学生在就业方式、就业地点、就业行业、就业单位性质、职业类型、就业收入、专业与工作一致性程度和工作满意度方面，存在着显著的性别差异。整体来看，女大学生的就业质量不如男大学生，特别是在就业方式、就业行业、就业单位性质、就业收入等方面，差异更为突出。
<<The paper finds out that there are significant gender differences for female students in the fields of employment modes and locations， employment industries， the nature of corporations， occupation types， wages and salaries， the consistency of specializations and occupations， and job satisfaction according to the survey data from employment situations of female students in 2012-2014. In general， compared to male students， female students have less optimistic employment quality， especially in the aspects of employment modes， industries， the nature of corporations and wages and salaries.
