供给侧结构性改革是中部地区实现中部崛起的重要战略任务。本文从推进供给侧结构性改革的背景入手，对中部地区实施“去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板”政策措施和实施效果进行了总结，进而从中部地区经济社会发展面临的问题入手提出了中部地区深化供给侧结构性改革的思路、原则和路径。
<<Supply-side structural reform is an important strategic task for the rise of central region in China. Based on the promotion of supply-side structural reform，this paper summarizes the policy measures and implementation effects of “address overcapacity，reduce inventory，deleverage，lower costs，and bolster areas of weakness” in the central region. And then，this paper puts forward the ideas，principles，and paths for deepening the supply-side structural reforms in the central region by analyzing the problems of the economic and social development in the central region.
