本文对我国血站成分科血液成分制备环节的现状和问题进行分析探讨,重点关注九大关键制备区域(全血滤白、低温离心、成分分离、无菌接管、病毒灭活、血浆速冻、血浆解冻、甘油洗涤、贴签包装),为了实现血液成分精准制备和提供安全、有效的血液产品,提出自动化、标准化、信息化和模块化的血液成分制备现代化建设发展理念。
<<Objective to analyze the current situation and problems of blood component preparation in blood station in China.Focus on 9 key preparation areas (leukocyte filtration,cryogenic centrifugation,and separationof whole blood components,Aseptic connection,virusinactivation,plasmaquick-freeze,plasma thawing,glycerin washing,and sticker packaging).In order to achieve precise preparation of blood components and provide safe and effective blood products.The concept of modernization construction and development of blood components preparation is put forward based on automation,standardization,informatization and modularization.
