Education Course for Leadership of Blood Services （ECLBS）is jointly set up by Shanghai Blood Center，AABB，Chinese Society of Blood Transfusion，School of Medicine of Johns Hopkins University and ISBT. The mission of ECLBS is to improve the management and professional skills of blood services leaders as a training program. After 10 years of efforts，this training program，by means of elaborate design of modular curriculum，national and international teaching experts，standardized management committee，open financial audit system，as well as the quantitative way of training effectiveness evaluation，has acquired great influence in China，and also won confirm from international blood transfusion services.
