本文对北京市自《医疗机构临床用血管理办法》颁布以来临床用血管理的一系列措施进行了整理分析，从管理现状、开展用血管理的主要工作、发展和应对措施三个层面入手，总结分析北京市临床用血管理取得的成绩及面临的问题，并对近期和远期工作进行规划设计。
<<In this paper，a series of measures for the management of clinical blood use in medical institutions in Beijing have been analyzed，including the three aspects of the management status，the main work，and development and countermeasures of blood management. We analyze the achievements and problems faced by clinical blood management in Beijing，and formulate a plan for the recent and long-term work.
