自18世纪以来,输血医学经历了几次重大的变革,其中最为划时代的贡献是在1900年人类第一个血型——ABO血型系统被发现并证实了其与溶血性输血反应的关系,自此,各种输血技术如雨后春笋般应运而生并广泛应用于临床,而输血医学也正是在输血技术的不断普及和创新、改进基础上逐渐发展成为一个重要的独立体系。2016年7月25日,经过国家标准委员会批准,“输血医学”正式被增设二级学科,并设置了多个三级学科,我国输血医学迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文从我国临床输血技术现状入手,介绍了各种技术的应用、发展以及未来输血医学的发展趋势和前景,为广大的输血医学工作者提供参考借鉴,促进输血新技术的快速发展。
<<Since blood transfusion began in eighteenth century,transfusion medicine has undergone several major changes. The most epoch-making contribution was the discovery of the first human blood group-ABO blood type system,which was confirmed the relationship with hemolytic transfusion reaction in 1900. Since then,various blood transfusion techniques have been produced and widely used in clinic. The transfusion medicine has become an important independent system based on the continuous popularization,innovation and improvement of blood transfusion technology. In July 25,2016,after the approval by National Standardization Committee,transfusion medicine has been formally added to secondary disciplines,and a series of third-level disciplines were set up. Transfusion medicine ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. This article introduces the application and development of various technologies,future trend and prospect of transfusion medicine,starting with the current situation of clinical transfusion technology in China. This article provides reference for the majority of blood transfusion operators and promotes the rapid development of new transfusion technology. This article starts with the current status of clinical blood transfusion technology in China,and some conditions about their popularization,application and problems are presented,thus making the reference on the development trend of blood transfusion technology. As a result,it will provide potent theory guide and basis for the development of the future transfusion and transfusion medicine workers.
