This report introduced the basic situation of Foshan blood collecting and supplying agencies，distribution of blood donation sites，characteristics of voluntary blood donation population and situation of blood using hospitals. It analyzed the characteristics of voluntary blood donation population，blood collecting and supplying，nucleic acid detection data in 2017.Primary job and practice in blood donor recruitment of blood collecting and supplying agencies with Foshan characteristics were carried out. We proposed solutions and ideas which addressed problems and difficulties in blood collecting and supplying.
