This paper first introduces the overall situation，the status of blood collection and distribution and the current operating conditions of blood collection and distribution institutions in Jiangxi Province.It highlights a comprehensive review of the status of blood collection and distribution in Jiangxi Province in 2017，and further analyzes existing problems and countermeasures.This paper will help promote the healthy development of non-remunerated blood donation in the future by providing the data and evidence.In view of the issues concerning workforce，donor numbers，publicity，recruitment ，administrative management in Jiangxi Province ，this paper also presents constructive countermeasures and suggestions from various angles of work mechanism construction，government-led functions as well as promotion and publicity of non-remunerated blood donation.
