Blood collection and supply in Hainan province continued to maintain sustained and sound development in 2017.Based on guarantee capacity of regional health centers around the province's eastern，western，northern and southern ，we have made much progress in the work of donating blood publicity ，constructing of blood donation station，the service of blood collection and supply，the quality management and strengthening laboratory capacity.The records highly increased in the blood donors，the amount collected and the blood supply than before.Meanwhile a few outstanding contradiction exists in the blood supply and demand balance.This report makes an investigation and analysis on the blood collection and supply in Hainan province of the year 2017 .At the last specific countermeasures and Suggestions will put forward for the problems and challenges of the future.
