Based on the survey data of blood collection and supply agencies in Hunan province in 2017，this paper analyzes the situation of the establishment of blood supply and supply agencies，human resources，blood collection，blood supply，blood testing and information system construction，in order to understand the development situation of blood donation，the main achievements，major difficulties and problems in Hunan province.In view of practical difficulties and shortcomings，future work suggestions are put forward to ensure the sustainable healthy development of blood collection and supply.
