Blood products are a special kind of drugs，which belongs to the category of biological products and are mainly in healthy human plasma as raw materials.They are also bioactive products which were produced by the separation and purification technology or biological engineering technology as well as the method of multi-step blood-borne virus inactivated preparation.In this article，we described the development course of domestic blood products industry，compared the differences of blood products industry development at home and abroad and domestic，analyzed raw materials collection and supply situation of blood products，discussed the new policy related to blood products，predicted the future trend of the development of domestic blood products.
