根据采供血业务流程设计调研表，我国采供血行业设备配置情况调研主要分为以下几个部分：血站基本信息、献血服务与血液采集、血液成分制备、血液检测、血液产品质量抽检、血液储存与运输。2017年8～9月，首先在江苏各血站进行试点调研，听取各血站对此次调研表填写内容的意见和建议，分析调研表发放、收回方式的可行性，并对调研表进行完善；而后11月在全国范围进行调研，共收回25个省、自治区、直辖市的115家血液中心、中心血站的调研表，其中血液中心24家，中心血站91家。本文对这些数据进行了分析总结，针对存在的问题提出了相关的建议。
<<A questionnaire on equipments in blood establishments concerning basic information，blood service and blood collection，blood components preparation，blood screening test，product quality sampling as well as blood storage and transportation was designed according to workflow.At first it was executed as a pilot survey in Jiangsu province between August and September in 2017 to collect opinions，suggestions and test the feasibility of issuing and recovery mode.Then the improved edition was delivered nationwide in November.Altogether 115 questionnaires from 24 blood centers and 91 central blood stations，covering 25 provinces and municipalities，were collected.An analysis and suggestions to current situation of equipments in blood establishments were made on the basis of data.
