Through the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives，the service system represented by farmers’ cooperatives union and agricultural service center，the co-working subjects between marketing cooperatives and village committee based on service center and the first Secretary has been established in Ningyang County，improved the service system of local agricultural socialization as well as promoted the ability to govern the grass-roots level. Some unique working methods were adopted and good achievements made in the reform，which are worthy of summarizing and promoting. However，there are still some problems in the supply and marketing cooperatives in Ningyang County，such as unclear organizational structure，insufficient funds and aging cadres，whose urgent improvement is beneficial for better development of the supply and marketing cooperatives in Ningyang County.
