This article will interpret the economic and trade cooperation between Brazil and China from three dimensions：width，height and depth under the framework of the BRICS Cooperation Mechanism. Width refers to the areas covered by cooperation between the two countries；height refers to the level of mechanism construction for the development of cooperation between the two countries，or the number and quality of mechanisms for promoting cooperative development；depth refers to the level and intensity of bilateral cooperation in various fields. This analysis is based on the assumption that the mechanism for promoting cooperation，such as the BRICS Group，the China-CELAC Forum and the extension of “The Belt and Road” Initiative to Latin America，which will help expand cooperation and deepen economic and trade cooperation. With the promotion of these mechanisms，bilateral cooperation has continued to expand and deepen，the economic relations between Brazil and China have undergone drastic changes -While bilateral trade has increased，Chinese companies have expanded their direct investment in Brazil.
