In 2017，education and employment have become the two major issues that Brazilian society is most concerned. Due to the continuing political and economic crisis in Brazil，the bottom-line people who rely on social and public services have become the biggest victims. The unemployment rate remains high，higher education faces crisis，labor，social security and pension reforms are difficult to implement，and the entire society has difficulty in taking a step. This article will focus on education and employment-the two major issues in the Brazilian societies. Through analysis the Brazilian development in education and employment，as well as the labor，social security and pension reforms which carried out by Brazil，we will take a glance at the social situation in Brazil in 2017 and have prospects for its future situation.
