The people's congress system is one of the fundamental political systems in China，it's also one of the main channels of people's political participation . Through collecting，arranging and analyzing the representative data of the 12th National People's Congress，this report tries to explore the difference between young representatives and non-young representatives，and hence discuss the characteristics and problems existed in youth representatives. Based on these analyses，we try to put forward some corresponding policy suggestions.
