    中国新生代农民工自组织研究报告

    摘要

    农民工自组织主要包括在政府部门登记的正式自组织与完全处在自发自生状态的非正式自组织。前者往往规模较大、程序化明显、目标清晰,活动开展规律化,社会影响外在化,后者往往小规模、潜在存续、随意性强、活动时间与程序无规律但亲近程度更高、信任程度与获得感、归属感也更高。新生代农民工的老乡会、趣缘群体等自组织不但可以为农民工解决打发时间、排解空虚无聊,而且可以通过社会交往形成信息交换、技术交流等解决日常工作与生活中的事务性问题,并同时为因处于流动状态而缺少社会支持的农民工解决在工作与生活遭遇方面产生的负面情绪提供安全阀机制。

    Abstract

    The migrant workers' self-organizations mainly include formal self-organizations registered in government departments and informal self-organizations totally in spontaneous and autogenic states . The formal self-organizations tend to have large scale,obvious procedure and clear goal;the development of activity is regular;the social influence is visible. The informal self-organizations tend to have small scale,potential existence and strong arbitrariness;the activity time and procedure are irregular while the degree of intimacy is higher;the level of trust,sense of gain and sense of belonging are also higher. For the new-generation migrant workers,the self-organizations including the clansmen association,interest groups,etc. could help them kill the time and resolve their vanity and boringness. Meanwhile they could engage in information exchange and technical exchange through social interaction,and solve the daily affairs in work and life. The migrant workers are often in the state of floating state,hence they often lack social support. Under this situation,the self-organizations could provide the mechanism for safety valve to the migrant workers and solve their negative emotions caused by work and life experiences.
