In rural areas，the exploration about building service-oriented CCP organization has mainly included seven aspects：the first one is that exploring the management of grass-roots CCP party towards refinement，and providing means and platforms for the construction of service-oriented CCP organization in rural areas. The second one is to play the service function in promoting the policy that the CCP’s members and cadres help the urban and rural residents with financial difficulties by one-to-one pairing. The third one is to explore new ways to manage the CCP’s members，and maintain the basic rights of CCP’s members. The forth one is to practice the responsibility system of grass-roots CCP’s building work，and explore the institutional approach to strengthen the building of service-oriented grass-roots CCP organization. The fifth is to improve the service function of the CCP organization by implementing the regionalized CCP building. The sixth is to using flexible and diverse ways to awaken the awareness of the CCP’s members as well as improve the CCP’s spirit of them. The seventh is to explore the ways and means that grass-roots CCP’s organization serve the development of economy in rural areas whose economy is backward. Strengthening the construction of service-oriented grass-roots CCP organization in rural areas should closely combine its political functions with service functions，actively develop the collective economies in rural areas，improve the abilities of rural grass-roots CCP organization in the aspect of leading development，and focus on the integration of urban and rural development，promote the resources gathering and using in rural areas as well as create a service system for rural products、rural areas and rural residents（Three “R”）. We have to establish a long-term mechanism to manage the CPP strictly and roundly，thoroughly change the work style of the grass-roots CCP’s cadres，establish a working platform to connect the masses，and make efforts in building concrete、institutionalized and long-lasting service-oriented CCP organization in rural areas.
