2017年,农民工相关舆情总量较上年有所下降。农民工工资支付保障取得的成效引发媒体持续报道和肯定,农民工讨薪难问题一改往年“岁末年初”易发高发舆情的时间规律,仅在年初被集中关注,但未现高热舆情;农民工就业创业呈现的“回流潮”成为报道热点,农民工作为农村“双创”主力军广泛吸引舆论目光;农村留守儿童意外伤害、暴力犯罪等问题引发社会关切和讨论。农民工的媒介形象困于“刻板印象”之中,“弱势群体”的固化标签不利于对其正确认知。在乡村振兴大背景下,给农民工营造良好的返乡创业环境的同时,还应赋予他们新的媒介形象,以便农民工在返乡后的人际传播中扮演好“意见领袖”的角色。
<<The volume of public opinions related to migrant workers slightly decreased in 2017 compared with the previous year. Progress was made in guaranteeing payment of migrant workers’ wage,which received continuous and positive media reports. Unlike previous years,migrant workers’ demands for their overdue salary only drew attention at the beginning of this year and have not become a hot topic. As migrant workers became the main force of rural innovation and entrepreneurship,their “back-to-hometown trend” for employment and entrepreneurship became hot spots of public opinion. Besides,accidental injuries and violent crimes against left-behind children in rural areas were deeply concerned and discussed by the society. The image of migrant workers was trapped in stereotypes,and fixed labels like “disadvantaged group” were unconducive to correctly understanding them. In the context of rural vitalization,we should build sound business environment for back-to-hometown migrant workers. Meanwhile,we should give migrant workers new media image,so that they can play the role of “opinion leaders” in interpersonal communication after they returned to their hometowns.
