2017年,产业扶贫话题舆情量同比减少20。7%。其中,媒体关注度和网民关注度有所分化,媒体新闻报道量同比增长36。2%,而社交媒体帖文量同比下降51%。中国减贫成果受到国内外舆论高度评价,“精准扶贫”成为关注焦点。产业扶贫特色突出,各地涌现出一大批“可复制、接地气、服水土”的农业产业扶贫模式。产业扶贫面临的市场风险引发舆论思考,扶贫工作的作风问题受到舆论热议。从舆情传播特点看,我国减贫成果增强了舆论传播自信,媒体多角度报道营造了良好舆论氛围。产业扶贫新闻宣传还须在报道内容和方式上多下功夫,讲好故事、借好外力,进一步激发舆论关注和参与热情。
<<In 2017,the volume of public opinions concerning development-oriented poverty alleviation drooped markedly. The attention of media and netizens differed from each other. News coverage rose 36.2% on a year-on-year basis,while the amount of social media posts witnessed 51% year-on-year decrease. Both domestic and foreign media spoke highly of the achievement in China’s poverty alleviation,and focused on the strategic thinking and institutional guarantee of “targeted poverty alleviation”. Development-oriented poverty alleviation boasted prominent characteristics,and various areas had developed a range of “replicable,practical and adaptive” development-oriented poverty alleviation modes for agriculture. Suggestions from different perspectives were proposed as the development-oriented poverty alleviation confronted market risks and troubles of misconduct. From the perspective of public opinion communication characteristics,achievements in China’s poverty reduction boosted the confidence in public opinion dissemination,and comprehensive reports created favorable public opinion environment. We must spare no efforts to improve the content and form of reports concerning poverty alleviation,and to stimulate public attention and participating enthusiasm by sharing good stories.
