2017年“三农”网络舆情总量较上年明显增长。乡村振兴战略、农业绿色发展、农村土地制度改革、产业扶贫等话题引发广泛关注。政府部门涉农信息发布和议程设置更加主动,舆情应对和舆论引导更加有效。新闻媒体依然是“三农”新闻舆论的中坚力量,其传播方式更鲜活、语境更亲民。微博涉农话题设置凸显爱农助农情怀,“短视频+直播”发挥良好舆情效应。微信公众号“三农”舆论声势不断壮大,话题制造水平和传播能力不断增强。展望2018年,乡村振兴战略实施中各地的探索、实践及农村土地制度改革、农业高质量发展、农村创业创新、脱贫攻坚总攻战中的产业扶贫、全球化背景下的食品安全等话题将继续成为舆论关注热点。
<<The total volume of online public opinions over China’s agriculture,rural areas and farmers in 2017 grew significantly. Topics such as rural vitalization strategy,green agriculture development,reform of rural land system and development-oriented poverty alleviation caught extensive public attention. Government department released agriculture-related information and set related agenda in a more proactive manner,and became more scientific and efficient in response to and guidance for public opinions. News media were still essential to public opinions over China’s agriculture,rural areas and farmers,because their communication modes were more vivid and popular. The setting of Weibo/Micro-blog related to agricultural topics highlighted care and support for agriculture,and “short-video” plus “live-show” helped to deliver favorable public opinion effects. Public opinions concerning agriculture,farmers and rural areas on WeChat platforms gained robust momentum,as those platforms gradually became powerful topic makers as well as disseminators. In 2018,the following topics are expected to be hot spots of public opinions:agricultural and rural development topics in the implementation of rural vitalization strategy,invigoration of agriculture by improving its quality,environmental protection and branding amid supply-side structural reform on agriculture,entrepreneurship and innovation during the process of fostering new drivers for agricultural and rural development,development-oriented poverty alleviation as part of efforts to eliminate poverty,and agri-food safety against the backdrop of globalization.
