This paper systematically introduces the European Union’s coordinated and unified management system for the establishment and implementation of market access of automotive products，and the corresponding technical regulations and specific projects，as well as the huge influence of the system and system in the entire international automotive market. At the same time，this paper analyzes the EU’s construction of its management for market access of automotive products and technical regulations system，has removed most of its own regulations on auto safety technology and directly replaced by the United Nations ECE regulations，to facilitate their own automotive companies to expand the international automotive market. At the same time，it retains a small number of specific technical regulations for the safety of automobiles，as well as automobile environmental protection and energy-saving technical regulations，and builds a high-level market technical barrier to block the entry of automotive products outside the EU and protect its own market.
