本文共分六个部分,分别介绍了国内外钢铝混合车身结构的应用进展、开发技术、连接技术,阐述了我国在发展钢铝混合车身应用技术上面临的机遇和挑战,描述了钢铝混合车身技术的未来发展趋势。结论指出,突破铝合金相关压铸成型技术以及异种材料的连接技术等,是需要解决的关键工艺技术。随着我国新能源汽车的发展以及国家政策的支持,相关基础技术研发也得到了高速的发展,国内研发人员要紧紧抓住时代机遇,迎接挑战,在技术创新上实现弯道超车。
<<This paper is divided into six parts. It introduces the application progress of steel-aluminum hybrid body structure both in home and abroad,the development technology of steel-aluminum mixed body structure both in home and abroad,the connection technology of steel-aluminum mixed body both at home and abroad. It explains the opportunities and challenges faced by the application technology in the development of steel-aluminum hybrid body in China and describes the future development of steel-aluminum hybrid body technology. In the conclusion,it is pointed out that the breakthrough of the the aluminum-alloy-related die-casting technology and the connection technology of dissimilar materials are key process technologies that need to be solved. With the development of China’s new energy electric vehicles and the support of national policies,the related basic technology research and development has also achieved rapid development. Domestic R&D personnel should firmly grasp the opportunities of the times,meet the challenges,and achieve cornering overtaking in technological innovation.
