新能源汽车动力电池安全性已经成为发展新能源汽车的重中之重，如何有效地测试和评价动力电池的安全性也变得迫在眉睫。本部分针对电池单体、模块和系统的安全性测试评价方法分别进行总结，包括本征安全性、电安全性、环境安全性和机械安全性等。同时，对目前国内外主要的电池安全性标准、法规进行横向比较，重点分析其差异性和严苛程度等。
<<The safety of power batteries for new energy vehicle has become the top priority for the development of new energy vehicles. How to effectively test and evaluate the safety of power batteries has become urgent. This section summarizes the safety test methods for battery cells，modules，and systems，including intrinsic safety，electrical safety，environmental safety，and mechanical safety. At the same time，it has made a horizontal comparison of the major battery safety standards and regulations both in home and abroad，focusing on the differences and severity.
