本文梳理346份国家赔偿决定书，呈现我国在刑事司法赔偿请求人权利救济上取得的进步。同时指出，在未来的刑事司法赔偿实践中，要进一步提升请求人权利救济程度，应该充分重视：确保律师充分参与刑事司法赔偿程序；完善精神损害赔偿制度；继续落实、创新协商和解制度；不断提升公民法律意识和法律基础能力。
<<346 People’s Courts’ Decisions on State Compensation show the progress in terms of the remedy of right to request state compensation in criminal cases. There is a need to keep promoting right to request state compensation in the future. The following points need to be emphasized：to ensure lawyers’ full participation in the procedure of criminal judicial compensation；to refine the system of compensation for emotional damages；to implement and innovate system of negotiation and reconciliation；to promote citizens’ legal awareness and legal skills.
