Protection of human rights should be regarded as the ultimate goal of police enforcement，and no human rights violations are allowed in police enforcement for any reason. Therefore，the police should accept education and training on human rights and the rule of law to enhance the awareness and skills of guaranteeing human rights. At present，the Chinese police have made some achievements in education on human rights and the rule of law through college education and on-the-job training programs. However，the current situation of police human rights education is still unsatisfactory and needs to be improved in different aspects.
