残疾人融合就业对于促进残疾人参与融入社会,实现平等权利具有重要意义。2016年,国务院发布《“十三五”加快残疾人小康进程规划纲要》,此后,通过健全法律政策支持体系、增进实践活动、培训专业服务人才、开展经验交流和专业研究等方式,我国融合就业获得了较大的进展。但是,我国融合就业尚处于起步阶段,还面临诸多挑战,需要完善保障融合就业发展的法律体系、发挥政府推动融合就业的主导作用、加强专业队伍建设及社会组织的协作、构建雇主雇佣残疾人的支持机制、普及促进融合就业发展的人权观念。
<<Inclusive employment of persons with disabilities is of great significance to promote persons with disabilities to participate and integrate into the society and realize equal rights. In 2016,the state council issued the Project Outline of “the Thirteenth Five Year Plan” on Accelerating the Well-off Process of Persons with Disabilities,since then,our inclusive employment has obtained greater progress through perfecting legal and policy support system,enhancing the practice activities,training professional service personnel,as well as carrying out exchanges of experience activities and professional research. However,inclusive employment in our country is still in its infancy,and faces many challenges,it is necessary to perfect the legal system of inclusive employment,and make the government to play the leading role in promoting inclusive employment. Meanwhile,it is of great help to strengthen the construction of professional team and the cooperation of social organizations,setup the support mechanism to help the employers to employ persons with disabilities and popularize the concept of human rights to promote the development of inclusive employment.
