At present，on the basis of the constitutional principles of equality between men and women and the law on the protection of women’s rights and interests，the legal system of prohibiting sexual harassment has been established. At the same time，the social related prevention mechanism has been established too. However，there are still a lot of shortcomings in the construction of relevant legal system and mechanism. The nineteen Party’s Report further emphasized the protection of women’s rights and the implementation of gender equality. Therefore，in the new era，in order to prohibit sexual harassment，we need to improve the awareness of human rights in the whole society，further improve the relevant laws and enforcement mechanism，and promote the new development of social civilization and progress.
