Huanghe Science ＆ Technology University（HSTC）is the pioneer of the private higher education and the forerunner of party building in private colleges and universities in China. HSTC has always taken the leadership of the party and strengthening of party building as a source of strength of the school's entrepreneurial development，reform and innovation in order to form its own distinctive feature and brand. At the beginning of the founding of the school，the school actively sought to establish the party organization.
