This paper points out the issues popping up in the financing process and offers an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the insufficient educational appropriations in privately-run schools of Henan Province from the perspective of the source of funds in privately-run schools. At the same time，it also proposes the relevant countermeasures from the aspects of government，society and privately-run schools on the basis of the successful financing experiences in foreign privately-run schools.
