The rising of private higher education in Henan benefited from the general environment of the national educational development and the strong support from the provincial committee and governments after the reform and opening up. In this context，private schools have worked hard to forge ahead by making full use of the various social resources，especially the talent training resources，which contributes to the endogenously-centered and dilatation-supplemented generation of talents training resources in private colleges and universities. The resource sharing of talents training also presents distinct periodic，hierarchical and forward-looking characteristics，which suits the reality of the development of private higher education in Henan.
