    河南民办小学师资队伍建设研究

    摘要

    截至2017年,民办小学在校生占河南省小学在校生总数的14。66%,且份额在不断提升,教育责任越来越重,其师资的发展动态需要站在全局的高度来考量。河南省民办小学师资队伍的建设取得了长足的发展,师资队伍不断壮大,现代化、特色化、多元化、科学化的师资队伍日渐成形,政府对民办小学师资队伍建设的支持措施也在逐步落实。但是,民办小学师资队伍建设的现状依然不容乐观,仍然存在一些不容忽视的问题,希望行业能够借助国家对民办教育进行规范和调整的有利时机,完善民办小学师资队伍建设的路径和机制,推动民办小学师资力量建设迈上新台阶。

    Abstract

    As of 2017,the number of students in the private primary schools accounted for 14.66% of the total number of primary school students in Henan. With this number continuing to rise and education shouldering increasingly heavy responsibilities,dynamic development of teaching staff should be taken into consideration at the overall level. Against the backdrop of the great progress achieved in the construction of teaching staff in private primary schools in Henan and the gradual formation of a modern,featured,diversified and scientific teaching staff team,the government is also phasing in its supportive measures for the construction of teaching staff in private primary schools. However,the current situation of the construction of teaching staff in private primary schools still remains unsatisfactory and is still plagued by some outstanding problems. It is hoped to improve the path and mechanism for the construction of teaching staff and bring it to a higher level through national standardization and adjustment of private education.
