Private middle school is an inevitable outcome of social development after the reform and opening up of China. With the increase of social material living standards，the original unitary educational has been found unable to meet people's demands. Therefore，to pursue better and quality educational model has become the major trend of social selection. However，the problems and deficiencies popping up in the development course also hinder the further development of private middle schools.
