With the deepening of the reform of educational system and mechanism in China，private vocational education，as an important part of vocational education，has made great progress. Possessed of relatively large vocational education scale，Henan，as a populous province，has made great contribution to the economic and social development in Henan at all historical stages. Under the new situation of reform and development，the private vocational education in Henan is confronted with both good opportunities and daunting challenges.
