Undergoing the stages of watching，budding and development over the past 40 years since reform and opening up，the private education in Henan has been at the forefront of the whole country. In spite of the certain scales and quality characteristics，the private education in Henan is also plagued by many development problems. The development advantages and difficulties facing the private education in Henan in the new era has been a matter of great concern to government of all levels and all sectors of society. This report proposes the thoughts for development on the basis of analyzing the development background and advantages.
