农业大数据或将颠覆农业未来。发展农业大数据需要有前瞻性的布局，也需要一定的时间。目前江苏农业大数据处于刚刚起步阶段，发展面临诸多难题。江苏农业大数据发展要实现四个转型：数字化转型，帮助农业创造更大商业价值；协同化转型，促进多环节协同创新；智能化转型，促进智慧农业发展；服务化转型，构建各方协同推进机制。促进江苏农业大数据发展的对策建议有以下两个。一是加强农业大数据发展的政策引导，推进支撑能力建设。加大资金投入，建立健全农业大数据采集制度。二是构建农业大数据产业生态圈，推动形成农业大数据共享机制。创新产业推进机制，形成利益共同体。打造农业大数据综合平台，统一农业大数据行业标准，打造高质量农业大数据技术团队。
