At present，the current development of circulation industry in Jiangsu is mainly manifested in the growth of circulation scale from rapid to slow and stable，the number of personnel in circulation institutions from undulating to relatively smooth，and the financial situation of circulation enterprises is generally good.Although the Jiangsu flow industry has developed rapidly in recent years，there are still some problems，such as high cost cost，unreasonable layout of network network，extensive operation mode，inadequate application of new technology，and the need to improve the supervision system.Through analyzing the problems，this paper puts forward the path of future circulation industry.
