The unbalanced and inadequate development in Jiangsu province is associated with significant development of productivity，unsatisfying the people's growing needs for a better life，not full using of advantages.It is mainly reflected inseveral aspects，such as the regional development，thedevelopment between the urban and the rural，the real economy，innovation，ecological environment，the people's livelihood. Jiangsu province should take these measures to resolve the problems，including the strategy of regional harmonious development，rural revitalization strategy，reform of the supply side，innovation-driven strategy，green development strategy，and so on.
