中国青少年宫协会儿童媒介素养教育研究中心调研组基于符合中国本土儿童网络使用习惯和成长规律的网络素养框架,对全国儿童及家长进行了大范围调查,自2016年9月至2017年12月,超过11万个家庭接受了问卷调查和访谈。本文是基于本次调研数据分析得出的部分研究成果,通过对我国3~14岁未成年人的数字化成长历程的研究,梳理了未成年人数字化成长的主要特点,概述了我国儿童网络素养状况,分析了目前未成年人遇到的主要网络安全问题,以及家庭网络素养教育中遇到的主要问题。建议:父母应该及时了解孩子的上网情况,尽早培养孩子好的上网习惯,并用自己的行动给孩子做上网好榜样。
<<Using an internet literacy framework that suits Chinese children’s internet use and growth,the Research Center for Children’s Media Literacy Education,a subdivision of Chinese Association of Children’s Palaces,conducted a wide survey on Chinese children and parents from September 2016 to December 2017. More than 110,000 families are took part in interviews and questionnaires. This report is part of the results from the data collected in this survey. It describes how Chinese children aged three to fourteen grow up digitally and the main characteristics of their growth. It also reports the state of Chinese children’s internet literacy,and looks at safety and security issues that minors face online,and problems that occur from internet literacy education in the family. The authors argue that parents should be aware of how their children are doing online,cultivate good internet habits as early as possible and set themselves as good examples for their children.
