未成年人面对的互联网运用素质包括三类:首先是技术使用方面,其次涉及内容使用,此外还包含信息安全和隐私问题。
There are three types of literacy for minors’ internet use. The first is technical,the second concerns their use of content,and the third is for information security and privacy. While the internet facilitates globalization,it also brings global problems to minors when they use the internet. Due to social and institutional differences,combined with regional differences in internet literacy and fluency,literacy education for them also has similarities and differences. This report centers on internet literacy,its main institutional organizations,and relevant practices. It argues that internet literacy for minors involves social,cultural,and many other elements,which should be considered overall,interdisciplinary manner. Internet literacy education should have an effectively categorized curriculum with coordinated progression. In China,in addition to promoting the concept of internet literacy,concrete practical solutions are also needed,which requires not only classroom education,but also coordinated and combined efforts from the government,media,social organizations,and families.
