本报告在分析我国2006~2017年互联网影响未成年人学习和生活的调查数据后发现:在线学习、互动学习逐渐成为未成年人学习的重要方式;未成年人对互联网学习的认知渐趋理性,对互联网学习的需求呈现增长趋势。同时,模仿成为未成年人自我表达的重要方式;网络熟人社交成为未成年人重要的交往方式;“游戏”、“音乐”和“视频”成为未成年人主要的网络娱乐方式;未成年人的网络消费呈现增长趋势;未成年人对专属网站的熟悉度总体偏低。本报告建议:出台针对未成年人网络保护的法律法规;政府、社会、学校和家庭应加强监管,对未成年人互联网使用进行指导;统一规划,加强互联网内容建设。
<<This report analyzes the impact of internet on minors’ learning and life during the period from 2006 to 2017. It looks at the way these impacts change and the trends they form. It has the following findings:Online learning and interactive learning is an important method for learning. Minors’ understanding of the internet is becoming more rational,their need for internet-based learning aid is growing. Imitation for minors has become an important form of self-expression. Online socialization with acquaintances is an important way of socializing. Gaming,music,and video streaming are the main forms of entertainment. Online shopping for minors are rising. Minors are in general less familiar with specialized websites. This report further analyzes these trends and argues that legislations and regulations should target more on minors on the internet;government,society,school,and family should improve monitoring to further guide minors’ use of the internet;the quality of online content should be improved through more concerted planning.
