通过梳理2006年至2017年中国未成年人互联网运用状况调查的数据,本文从未成年人上网的主要目的、对网络信息的信任度、网络运用利弊、专门网站的建设需求、对父母态度的认知以及父母的指导行为等方面,分析了未成年人对互联网认知及态度的演变现状与发展趋势;从不良信息源、对不良信息的认知、模仿行为、网络语言的使用,以及父母技术认知等方面探讨了未成年人在网络认知与态度上存在的问题。未成年人认知问题产生于宏观背景下信息化社会和消费社会的引导,以及微观层面的网络不良信息的转型和技术遮蔽。应该增加线下互动,强化学校与父母的社会化主体作用;满足未成年人阅读需求,发挥纸质书籍的影响力;增加对未成年人主流网站趣味性学习内容的开发。
<<Using data about internet use by Chinese minors in the past ten years,this report analyzes several issues,including their purpose of internet use,their trust on online information,the pros and cons of using online information,the need for building dedicated websites,their cognition of their parents’ attitude,and guidance from parents. These analyses show the current state and the course of evolution of the minors’ cognition of and attitude towards the internet. This report also attempts to identify problems in their cognition and attitude by looking at harmful contents,the cognition and imitation of harmful contents,the use of cyber cultural language,and parents’ cognition of technology. Minors’ cognitive problems occur because on the macro level they are led by the information society and consumerism,and on the micro level,it is due to harmful content’s transformation and technical evasion. The author argues that there are a number of possible solutions:There should be more offline interactions,strengthening school and parents’ leading role in socialization. Minors’ need for reading must be satisfied,especially by paper books. Mainstream websites for minors should be made more enjoyable.
