The internet has different functions for different ages and different stages of life. In a minor’s learning and living，the use of internet also leads to problems such as excessive consumption，shallow reading，additive gaming，lost in information，and lack of Appropriate internet literacy education. These problems affect a minor’s depth of learning，health，and their worldview formation. This report proposes that family and school should work together to help minors learn actively and voluntarily. A healthy environment for minors’ growth should be maintained through governmental regulation and legal protection. High-quality resources for learning should be developed through the combined efforts of industries，schools and research institutes.
