    互联网对未成年人学习和生活的影响

    摘要

    互联网高度介入未成年人的学习生活,提高了他们的学习效率和效果,开阔了他们的思维和视野。互联网在未成年人学习、生活中的作用发挥,与其家庭文化基础、情感氛围有着重要的关联。同时,互联网在未成年人不同年龄段、不同成长阶段发挥着不同的作用。当然,在未成年人学习与成长中,互联网运用也存在着诸多的问题,如过度上网、浅阅读、沉迷网络游戏、“信息迷航”以及针对未成年人“知网”、“用网”的启蒙教育缺失等,这些问题影响着未成年人的学习深度、健康成长及价值观的形成。本文建议:家校应当联动提升未成年人学习的自觉性与主动性;通过政府监管与法律保障,维护有利于未成年人健康成长的良好环境;通过产、学、研联动,激励社会各界开发出针对未成年人的高品质的网络学习资源。

    Abstract

    The internet is highly intertwined with the learning and daily life of minors,improving efficiency and efficacy,opening up their eyes and minds. How the internet functions in a minor’s learning and living is associated with her family’s cultural and emotional environment. The internet has different functions for different ages and different stages of life. In a minor’s learning and living,the use of internet also leads to problems such as excessive consumption,shallow reading,additive gaming,lost in information,and lack of Appropriate internet literacy education. These problems affect a minor’s depth of learning,health,and their worldview formation. This report proposes that family and school should work together to help minors learn actively and voluntarily. A healthy environment for minors’ growth should be maintained through governmental regulation and legal protection. High-quality resources for learning should be developed through the combined efforts of industries,schools and research institutes.
