    未成年人对互联网的认知及态度

    摘要

    未成年人将互联网看作辅助学习、放松娱乐的工具,并且在使用过程中采取相对积极的态度,他们在一定程度上受到互联网文化的影响。本文基于第九次“中国未成年人互联网运用状况调查(2017)”和前八次的调查数据,研究发现未成年人上网以放松休息为主,“被动”式获取信息为辅,他们对于上网信息具有一定的甄别能力。未成年人易于受到网络语言的影响,和家长之间形成了良好的互动。本文建议提高网民信息素养,构建互联网思维和现实空间的联系;注重校园网站的内容建设,优化网络教育功能;完善网络法规,建立网络分级制度等。

    Abstract

    Cognition and attitude are core concepts of sociology,they are the core perspective from which this reports examines minors’ cognition and attitude towards the internet. This report holds that minors believe that the internet is a tool for learning and recreation,and it can be used with positive attitude,which is influenced by cyber culture. Based on data from the 9th Internet Use by Minors in China survey,combining data from the previous eight surveys,this report finds that minors primarily use popular websites or schools’ websites. They use it primarily for recreation;passive reception of information is secondary. They have some ability to judge the quality of information. An internet mentality also changes their reasoning and behavior. Minors are open to online vocabularies,and interact with parents well. Analysis and discussion lead to several pieces advice that including parents’ information literacy should be improved;stronger ties between internet thinking and reality should be built;school websites should improve their content quality and optimize for aiding learning;governmental bodies should improve regulation and introduce a rating system for online contents.
